Giovanni Ferri is Full Professor of Economics at the University of Bari Aldo Moro (Italy), where he is deputy rector for international relations and heads the Department of Economics and Mathematics. He has envisaged and contributed building the School of Saint Nicholas for Intercultural Dialogue (SNS), a laic non-profit institution aiming at empowering society with education, knowledge and problem solving towards sustainability, interdisciplinary and intercultural dialogue. He is co-chief-editor of the Journal of Entrepreneurial and Organizational Diversity (JEOD: www.jeodonline.com).

He is a founding member of the Think Tank at the European Association of Cooperative Banks and a member of the Banking Stakeholder Group at the European Banking Authority. His main research specializations are: (1) money/credit economics and policy; (2) governance; (3) financial fragility; (4) migration. Professor Ferri has been Principal Financial Economist at the World Bank and had previously worked at the Research Department of the Bank of Italy. He obtained a Ph.D. in Economics at the New York University and has published extensively on monetary and credit economics, including papers on: Economics Letters, Economic Notes, IMF Staff Papers, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Financial Services Research. He was visiting Professor at: Asian Development Bank Institute, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, The National Bureau of Economic Research, Princeton University, Tokyo University. His research interests include: financial markets and the transmission of monetary and financial shocks; credit rating agencies; banking structure and governance; the finance-growth nexus; migration flows; and enterprise internationalization.

Paolo Leoci is Associate Professor in Business Administration at the University of Salento, (Lecce, Italy), teaching:  “Models of enterprise’s communication”(environmental, social and sustainability balances).  In this University he is deputy rector for international relations with Eastern Countries.  He has contributed building the School of Saint Nicholas for Intercultural Dialogue (SNS), setting up the organization and taking care of the School’s administration. 
SNS is a challenging project engaged in sustainability, interdisciplinary and intercultural dialogue with the aim of making a better world.  He is member of the Scientific Committee of the magazine, in Russian and English language, "“Mir Novoi Ekonomiki” (http://www.worldneweconomy.com). 

He is a licensed auditor, consultant and adviser for various international companies operating in Europe and Russia, participating and organizing several scouting missions for public and private enterprises in Russia, the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Byelorussia, Bulgaria, Romania.
His main research specializations are: (1) environment and sustainable growth, environmental, social and sustainability balances; (2) total quality and accounting; (3) business administration; (4)general accounting and auditing; (5) accounting history.   He has been visiting Professor, for several years, at: the Finance University (previous Finance Academy under the Government of Russian Federation) in Moscow, MGOU University in Moscow, University of Tirana.
He is presently involved in studies focusing on Social corporate responsibility and enterprise internationalization.
